Programming and the Master Plan

We'll meet to listen to your dreams and desires; then we'll determine the steps, directions, the budget; verify measurements, and site conditions; develop design ideas and conceptual drawings.

Feng Shui assessment

Katerina is a certified Feng Shui master and will take into an account the specific energy that is present in your house to utilize the positive potential of the space, and to diminish negative impacts of the non-supportive energies.

Custom Furniture Design

All custom furniture pieces are tailored to your tastes and your space, to your desired level of the maintenance and longevity. Each custom piece has a bespoke combination of finishes and materials and is lovingly built by our trusted partner artisans.

Documentation

A set of Construction Drawings is prepared for each new build or remodeling job.

This set can include – Floor Plans, Elevations, and 3-D presentations, Furniture Placement, Electrical and Lighting Plans, Custom pieces, Millwork, Window treatments, Colors and Materials exact Specifications and details as necessary.

Furniture and Materials Sourcing

We maintain an extensive design library, and we have built relationships with exclusive brands worldwide. We will source all pieces of furniture and accessories needed to achieve your design goals if you so choose.

If you'll elect to do the purchasing yourself – you'll have all the dimensions, colors, and directions that you will need.

Installation

We will conduct site visits during construction to verify project progress and quality. All Furnishings purchased by us are delivered and installed.
